Job Description
- Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HR Lead to join their growing team.
- In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall direction and execution of our human resources strategy, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
- Partner with leadership to create a strategic HR plan aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead the HR team, providing coaching, mentorship, and ensuring their professional development.
- Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract, identify, and hire top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first impression.
- Implement and manage performance management programs, providing guidance to supervisors on setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and promoting employee growth.
- Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and terminations, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws, regulations, and best practices, keeping the organization compliant and competitive.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership teams and other departments.
- Represent the HR department in company-wide initiatives and committees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within the HR function
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a similar industry
- Experience with talent management programs
