Job Description
As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s culture and supporting our talented team. Your responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances fairly and promptly.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Guide managers on performance improvement plans and professional development.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs for employee skill enhancement.
- Support career development initiatives to nurture talent within the organization.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop and update HR policies in alignment with local regulations and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and other regulatory requirements.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies and other perks.
- Keep abreast of industry trends to enhance the competitiveness of our benefits offerings.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to leadership.
- Generate regular reports on HR metrics and trends for decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-5 years experience.
- Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
