Job Position: HR Manager (Manufacturing)

Job Description

  1. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector.
  2. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR management, specifically within the manufacturing industry, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with regulatory requirements.
  2. Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  3. Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace issues to maintain a positive work environment.
  4. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks.
  5. Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations, training, and development initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
  7. Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Manager in the manufacturing industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
