Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark group operating in the oil and gas industry. The company was incorporated in 1998, starting as a staffing agency based in Port Harcourt. Currently, we have offices in 4 countries with our head office in Lagos.

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  1. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM) preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum 7 years in HR management, preferably in Oil & Gas.
  3. Technical Skills: Nigerian labour law compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, HRIS systems, MS Office Suite.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and adaptability under pressure.
