Job Position: HR Manager, OS

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the event management industry.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the event management team
  • Identify and facilitate opportunities for crosstraining, job shadowing, and job rotation to foster a wellrounded workforce.
  • Establish and maintain a robust performance management system, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure the company’s HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with all relevant labor laws, employment regulations, and industry best practices..
  • Develop and implement policies and protocols to address workplace safety, harassment, and other HRrelated risks.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as teambuilding activities, recognition programs, and social events, to enhance morale and job satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a HR management role, preferably in the event management or service industry.
  • Proficient in using HR management software, data analysis tools, and other relevant digital technologies.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex HR challenges.
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRMCP, SPHR) is a plus.
