Job Position: HR Manager

Job Location: Ojoo- Ibadan, Oyo

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to promote employee growth and skill
  • enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience on Payroll computation is an added advantage

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management, or a related field.
  • Professional Qualifications is an added advantage.
  • 2- 3 years proven experience as HR Manager in well structured organisation.
  • Work experience in a real estate firm is an added advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
