Job Position: HR Manager
Job Location: Ojoo- Ibadan, Oyo
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee onboarding processes and ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity.
- Coordinate training and development programs to promote employee growth and skill
- enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Experience on Payroll computation is an added advantage
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management, or a related field.
- Professional Qualifications is an added advantage.
- 2- 3 years proven experience as HR Manager in well structured organisation.
- Work experience in a real estate firm is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
