Job Position: HR Manager
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and onboard high-calibre staff while ensuring organisational goals and compliance with Nigerian labour market standards are met
  2. Seamless On-boarding: Facilitate constructive mediation to resolve workplace disputes, adhering to Nigerian labour laws and organisational policies
  3. Administrative Oversight: Execute essential administrative tasks, including office logistics and facility management
  4. Performance and Compensation Reviews: Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage wage reviews to ensure fair compensation
  5. Policy Development and Awareness: Create, update, and communicate clear HR and administrative policies.

Requirements

  1. Qualifications: First Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; professional certification (CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM) is an advantage
  2. Experience: 4 – 6 years in HR and Admin roles
  3. Skills: Ability to build positive relationships, manage conflicts, and communicate effectively
  4. Knowledge: Familiarity with Nigerian labour laws, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements.

Salary
N350,000 – N500,000 monthly.
