Job Position: HR Manager
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Source, recruit, and onboard high-calibre staff while ensuring organisational goals and compliance with Nigerian labour market standards are met
- Seamless On-boarding: Facilitate constructive mediation to resolve workplace disputes, adhering to Nigerian labour laws and organisational policies
- Administrative Oversight: Execute essential administrative tasks, including office logistics and facility management
- Performance and Compensation Reviews: Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage wage reviews to ensure fair compensation
- Policy Development and Awareness: Create, update, and communicate clear HR and administrative policies.
Requirements
- Qualifications: First Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; professional certification (CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM) is an advantage
- Experience: 4 – 6 years in HR and Admin roles
- Skills: Ability to build positive relationships, manage conflicts, and communicate effectively
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Nigerian labour laws, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
Salary
N350,000 – N500,000 monthly.
