Secure Hub Connect Limited is looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in Ibadan. You’ll play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and staff engagement.

This is a full-time role, requiring going to the office.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support employee lifecycle activities (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding)
  2. Manage and update HR records, documentation, and the digital filing system
  3. Prepare HR reports, meeting notes, memos, and official communications
  4. Handle employee queries relating to pay, attendance, and benefits
  5. Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
  6. Maintain and track performance reviews, leave records, and disciplinary actions
  7. Support audits, HRIS updates, and policy compliance
  8. Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  2. 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative support role
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  6. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  7. Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup environment.
