Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated NYSC Corp Member passionate about Human Resources to join our team.
  • This role offers hands-on experience in HR processes and the opportunity to contribute to employee engagement and organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including screening and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and training programs for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize team engagement and capacity-building activities.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.

Job Requirements

  • Current NYSC member with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
