Job Position: HR Officer
Location: Opebi, Lagos
Job Summary
The HR Officer will manage the operations of the HR department, handling end-to-end recruitment of operations staff, employee relations, staff welfare and engagement.
The incumbent will manage the life cycle of operations staff from entry to exit.
Requirements
- B.Sc / BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an HR Officer or a similar role
- Experience in the food and retail sector is desirable
- Membership of a relevant professional body: CIPM, HRCI, CIPD or SHRM
- Practical and up-to-date knowledge of Labour law regulations and best practices
- Practical knowledge of all HR functions
- A high degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion is essential
- Candidates should live close to the work location.
Benefits
- Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
