Job Position: HR Officer
Location: Opebi, Lagos

Job Summary

The HR Officer will manage the operations of the HR department, handling end-to-end recruitment of operations staff, employee relations, staff welfare and engagement.

The incumbent will manage the life cycle of operations staff from entry to exit.

Requirements

  1. B.Sc / BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field
  2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an HR Officer or a similar role
  3. Experience in the food and retail sector is desirable
  4. Membership of a relevant professional body: CIPM, HRCI, CIPD or SHRM
  5. Practical and up-to-date knowledge of Labour law regulations and best practices
  6. Practical knowledge of all HR functions
  7. A high degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion is essential
  8. Candidates should live close to the work location.
