Job Description
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations matters and assist in conflict resolution.
- Implement and promote HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
