Job Description

  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  2. Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
  3. Conduct employee orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  5. Handle employee relations matters and assist in conflict resolution.
  6. Implement and promote HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
  3. Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  6. Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
