Job Position: HR Officer
Location: Ikeja,  Lagos

Job Description

As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for handling daily HR tasks, supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labour regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
  2. Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
  3. Supervise payroll input, leave tracking, and disciplinary actions
  4. Maintain proper documentation of income and expenses
  5. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare space
  3. Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly
