Job Position: HR / Admin Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain physical and digital personnel records.
  2. Update internal database with new hire information on SeamlessHR portal and SharePoint.
  3. Assist in recruitment process; Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  4. Assist in publishing job ads.
  5. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for employees.
  6. Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., joiners and leavers report, Employee headcount etc.)
  7. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  8. Create budget for official events.

Job Requirements

  1. Proven work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role (1 to 2 years experience).
  2. Proficient in Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Good time management skills.
  5. A keen eye for details
  6. Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
  7. Experience with HR software. Like SeamlessHR.
  8. Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
