Job Position: HR Personal Virtual Assistant

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Personal Virtual Assistant to collaborate closely with our client’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
  2. This role will allow you to work remotely while supporting our client’s CHRO in various tasks, ultimately enabling them to focus on strategic HR initiatives and leadership responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities
Efficient Calendar and Email Management:

  1. Expertly manage the CHRO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks.
  2. Handle email communications and ensure timely responses.
  3. Organize and streamline the CHRO’s daily schedule to optimize their time.

Strategic Communication Liaison:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Manage inquiries and communications on behalf of the CHRO.
  3. Facilitate seamless interactions, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Content Creation and Research:

  1. Assist in creating compelling documents, presentations, and reports.
  2. Conduct research to contribute to well-informed business decisions and initiatives.
  3. Collaborate on content that enhances thought leadership and industry-leading initiatives.

Social Media Presence:

  1. Manage and curate content for the CHRO’s social media profiles.
  2. Ensure that content aligns with the CHRO’s expertise and personal brand.
  3. Enhance the CHRO’s online presence and engagement.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  1. Utilize data analysis skills to extract valuable insights from business and HR data.
  2. Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
  3. Support the CHRO in shaping thought leadership and strategic initiatives.

Confidentiality and Asset Protection:

  1. Uphold strict confidentiality regarding personal and professional information.
  2. Ensure the security and protection of sensitive data at all times.

Project Coordination:

  1. Coordinate and manage personal projects and initiatives for the CHRO.
  2. Pay meticulous attention to detail to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Meeting Excellence:

  1. Schedule, organize, and prepare agendas for meetings.
  2. Take detailed meeting notes and track action items.
  3. Enhance meeting productivity and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Personal/Virtual Assistant, preferably supporting executives or professionals.
  2. Proficiency in content creation, research, and presentation design.
  3. Sound knowledge ofsocial media platforms and personal brand management.
  4. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data using tools like Excel.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Respect for confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  7. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for communication and organization.

Salary

  • N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
