Job Position: Hub Associate

Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Description

1. We are looking to hire a reliable and diligent Hub Associate who will be responsible for processing cash transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system within the office environment.
2. Their duties include balancing the cash register, processing returns and at the close of the day balance with the Accountant.

Job Responsibilities

1. Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
2. Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
3. Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct
4. Answer customer questions as they arise
5. Calculate customer bills through cash register
6. Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving customer complaints
7. Maintain schedule of operations
8. Corporate with other departments.

Job Requirements

1. Higher National Diploma or National Diploma
2. 1+ years’ professional experience
3. Accountability and accuracy
4. Ability to calculate sales and change quickly
5. Strong customer service skills
6. Oriented towards serving customers
7. Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
8. Basic math and computer skills
9. Attention to detail.
10. Ability to read and understand instructions
11. Ability to add, substract, multiply, and divide easily and quickly.
