Job Position: Human Resource / Admin Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. We are a business based in Ikeja currently looking to hire a proactive Human Resource / Admin Officer to join our team.
  2. As an HR/Admin Officer, you will be required to provide excellent HR and Administrative duties for our various business units.

Job Responsibilities 

  1. You will be required to work as part of a team providing high quality HR/Admin support
  2. Use of relevant media platforms to source for Staff
  3. Experienced in creating & reviewing CV’s + Cover Letters
  4. Undertake telephone/online screening of candidates
  5. Screen all applications and Identify candidates suitable for roles
  6. Ensure all applicants attending an interview are suitable for the roles
  7. Co-ordinate the interview process with candidates and clients
  8. Maintain contact with employees and assess levels of morale by contacting them quarterly
  9. Respond to employee requests promptly and in a professional manner
  10. Motivate employees and organising training programs
  11. Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations and resolve conflicts
  12. Develop and review compensation and benefits programs
  13. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments
  14. Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality
  15. Conduct HR audits and implement corrective actions
  16. Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office & facilities management
  17. Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
  18. Manage company assets and inventory
  19. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  20. Provide administrative support to the management team
  21. Required to liaise with our clients to monitor & maintain client satisfaction experience
  22. Required to react to client request requests promptly and in a professional manner
  23. Required to use social media platforms for research activities
  24. Required to carry out online research and answer relevant questions correctly
  25. Required to provide scheduled reports
  26. Required to work with less supervision
  27. Required to perform any other required task as assigned to this role.

Job Requirements

  1. Very good knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
  2. Excellent admininistrative, organizational and time management skills;
  3. Conversant with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite;
  4. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
  5. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Leadership and team management skills
  7. Very good level of English Language – both written and spoken;
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  9. Excellent Computer Literacy & Record Keeping Skills;
  10. Ability to work with own Initiative
  11. Strong orientation to achieving team’s goals and targets set;
  12. Willingness to learn and develop;
  13. Professional attitude and attention to details.

Salary
N180, 000 monthly.
