Job Position: Human Resource Assistant
Job Location: Idu, Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- Assist the Human Resource Manager in all HR functions.
- Send invitation to prospective staff for interview
- Conduct aptitude test exactly the time mentioned on the invite notice
- Entry of Prospective staff on HR Software at least within the first week of staff resumption to work
- Confirmation of staff status and attitude from previous employer before staff confirmation
- Staff Database update on swift database and excel record
Job Requirements
- A graduate of Human Resource Management or any Social Science course
- 1 to 2 years’ experience
- Proficiency in the use of computer applications such as Microsoft office suite, HR softwares/ERP system
- Report writing skills
- Sound communication skills.
