Job Position: Human Resource Associate
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Spearhead the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, the selection process, and onboarding of new hires.
  2. Maintain up-to-date employee records (physical and electronic) in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
  3. Support the preparation, issuance, and tracking of HR documentation (e.g., confirmation letters, promotion letters, and memos).
  4. Maintain and update employee records using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient record-keeping and management.
  5. Assist in planning and executing staff engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  6. Gather feedback from staff and support initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and retention.
  7. Coordinate internal and external training programs, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations.
  8. 8Collect, analyse, and present HR data such as turnover rates, training hours, and engagement scores.
  9. Oversee attendance, payroll processing, and leave management, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  10. Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  11. Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements, keeping up with HR best practices.
  12. Prepare periodic HR reports for management decision-making.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  2. 3 – 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the banking/fintech and HR consulting sector.
  3. Gender: Preferably a female
  4. Proficiency in HRIS platforms is an added advantage.
  5. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

Remuneration
N250,000 – N350,000 net monthly.
