Job Position: Human Resource Business Partner

Job Description
- We are looking for a qualified HR Business Partner to work closely with the Group HR to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they align with business goals.
- Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and objectives
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Work closely with Group HR to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems for all employees
- Manage employees relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Provide periodic HR reports to the group HR through HR metrics
- Identify employee training needs and implement training calendar
- Ensure the maintenance of up to date employee database management system
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Assist with compensation and benefit processes
Job Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Candidates must have 5-6 years experience
- Relevant professional certification ( CIPM,CIPD,etc)
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best pratices
- People oriented and result driven
- Execellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in HRIS
