Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
We are hiring an HR/Compliance Officer to manage people operations, regulatory compliance, and internal policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment, onboarding & staff documentation
- HR policy development & compliance monitoring
- Regulatory filings and internal audits
- Staff performance management
- Liaison with regulatory bodies when required.
Requirements
- Degree in HR, Law, Business Administration or related field
- Experience: 4+ years
- Proven HR & compliance experience
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws.
