Job Position: Human Resource Executive ( 2 Openings)
Locations: Mainland and Island – Lagos

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR reporting, along with a solid understanding of other core HR functions.

This individual will support the HR department in driving effective people management practices and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  2. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key business functions.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.

Performance Management:

  1. Coordinate and track the performance of employees across various locations.
  2. Support line managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans.
  3. Analyse performance data and recommend strategies for talent development.

HR Reporting & Analytics:

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate HR metrics and dashboards (turnover, headcount, recruitment reports, etc.).
  2. Generate periodic reports and insights to support management decision-making.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  1. Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback processes.
  2. Foster a positive work environment that aligns with company culture and values.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  1. Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  3. Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a structured corporate or consulting environment.
  3. Proven strength in recruitment, performance management, and HR reporting.
  4. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  6. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Available to resume immediately.
