Job Position: Human Resource (HR) Generalist

Job Description

  1. We are seeking a motivated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team.
  2. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
  2. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and preparing onboarding materials.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  4. Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee information.
  5. Assist in the performance review process, including distributing and collecting performance evaluation forms.
  6. Track and document performance metrics and improvement plans.
  7. Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
  8. Assist in conducting investigations and resolving employee complaints.
  9. Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  10. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  11. Develop, implement, and coordinate staff welfare programs/ activities aimed at enhancing employee well-being and satisfaction.
  12. Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
  13. Help identify training needs and track employee development plans.
  14. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing HR documents, and handling correspondence.
  15. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
