Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and more.
- Additionally, you will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team, providing guidance and support as we continue to grow and expand our business.
- As the ideal candidate, you should have a deep understanding of HR best practices and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- You should also have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and be able to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- You must also collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate effective HR processes and contributes to creating a positive and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives
- Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Oversee employee relations, including investigating and resolving disciplinary issues, complaints, and conflicts
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR
- Create and implement company policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and management and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as Human Resources generalist, with experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
- Experience with employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
