Overview

Kelina Hospital is a surgical hospital with a focus on Minimally Invasive Surgery. Kelina was the first private hospital in Nigeria to do Laser Lithotripsy for Kidney Stones (PCNL, RIRS, 2011), Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy, LRP (2012), and Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP, 2018). Kelina does Laparoscopic Surgery in General Surgery, Urology, Gynaecology, amongst others. HoLEP, LRP, PCNL, and RIRS are the most common surgeries we do each week.

Job Position: Human Resource Manager (2 Openings)
Locations: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT) and Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Lead and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
  3. Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
  4. Provide support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related issues.
  5. Maintain HR records and prepare regular HR reports.
  6. Promote a positive work culture and handle conflict resolution.
  7. Do other HR and Management jobs delegated by the Hospital Management Committee and the Medical Director.

Requirements

  1. Be a resident in Abuja or Lagos.
  2. Have post-NYSC job experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in a healthcare or large corporate environment.
  3. Be a University Graduate with relevant certification.
  4. Possess strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
  5. Be certified by relevant professional bodies such as CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent.
  6. Be highly computer-literate.
  7. Candidates who are lawyers will have an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
