Job Description

  • We seek a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations, manage our staff team, and drive positive organizational change.
  • The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s culture and efficiency.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the staff team while implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.

Job Responsibilities
Staff Management & Development:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the staff team, ensuring a productive and harmonious workplace.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to enhance staff performance and satisfaction.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and implement programs to upskill staff and foster professional growth.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Organizational Change & Culture:

  • Drive positive change across the organization by fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and manage performance evaluation processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Address performance issues and implement improvement plans as needed.

HR Strategy & Compliance:

  • Develop HR policies and practices that comply with local regulations and support business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws and ethical HR practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a professional environment.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and improve staff efficiency.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools for managing workflows and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
