Job Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
  2. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
  3. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
  4. Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR regulations.
  5. Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
  6. Foster a positive work environment and company culture.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
  3. Experience in the Real Estate Sector is an added advantage.
  4. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  6. Must reside Around Lekki environs.
