Job Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan.
  2. Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues.
  3. Control the hiring and hiring process.
  4. Support present and future company demands through growing, involving, inspiring, and preserving human capital.
  5. Create and keep track of the organization’s overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures.
  6. Cultivate a supportive workplace.
  7. Managing and maintaining a setup that promotes optimum performance.
  8. Maintain the benefits and pay schedule.
  9. Analyze the training requirements for a programme and keep an eye on it.
  10. Report to management and use HR indicators to assist in decision-making
  11. Always maintain legal compliance while managing human resources.

Job Requirements

  • LLB, BL Degree with a Human Resources Barground.
  • 3 – 5 years post qualification experience in related field
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Proven experience in real estate transactions.
  • Has experience setting goals and meeting targets.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly
