Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  3. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  4. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
  6. Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
  7. Maintain and update employee records, payroll information, and HR databases accurately.
  8. Advise management on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years of experience.
  2. Must reside within the axis of ago palace.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
