Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
- Maintain and update employee records, payroll information, and HR databases accurately.
- Advise management on organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years of experience.
- Must reside within the axis of ago palace.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
