Job Description

  1. We are looking for an ambitious Human Resource Manager (HR Manager) to join our dream team and serve as the leader of our company’s human resources team.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Suggest and implement advanced, best practices HR strategies and procedures
  2. Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process
  3. Oversee payroll submissions and payments
  4. Structure competitive benefits packages, and measure their success
  5. Promote healthy relationships between staff and management through mediation and handling labor disputes
  6. Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
  7. Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding
  8. Responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data and maintaining accurate and complete employee records
  9. Educate, train and supervise employees on the common HR topics
  10. Track and analyze relevant HR metrics
  11. Create reports for senior management.

Job Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
  2. Previous experience working in HR management for a minimum of 3 year(s) at SMBs / corporate level
  3. In-depth knowledge of HR operations and analytics
  4. Familiarity with labor law rules and regulations
  5. Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
