Job Position: Human Resource Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Create HR initiatives and strategies that follow the overall business plan.
2. Strengthen management and employee relationships by responding positively to requests, complaints, and other issues.
3. Manage the hiring and selection process.
4. Support existing and future company need through involving, motivating, growing, and protecting human capital.
5. Create and thoroughly follow up on the HR strategy, methods, tactics, and processes.
6. Create a positive work environment.
7. Set up and maintain a system that encourages peak performance.
8. Keep the salary schedule and incentives the same.
9. Evaluate and follow up on the system’s training objectives.
10. Inform management and make decisions using HR indicators.
11. Ensure legal compliance while managing human resources.

Job Requirements

1. B.Sc in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
2. At least 15 years working experience in human resources or related fields.
3. Proven work experience as HRM in oil and gas.
4. Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment.
5. Experience in training staff.
6. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and dispute resolution.
7. Experience in upholding and adhering to workplace confidentiality.
8. Ability to give presentations.
9. Knowledge of pertinent health and safety laws.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
11. Mastery of all legal requirements.
12. Professional certification is mandatory ( CIPM, PHRI e.t.c).

N1,500,000 – N2,000,000 Monthly.
