Job Description
- The Human Resource Manager Lead will oversee and lead the HR department, ensuring that all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, align with the company’s strategic goals.
- This role involves implementing HR policies, managing a team of HR professionals, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and productivity.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team and management on HR-related issues.
- Drive initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture.
Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract, select, and retain top talent.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and role expectations across departments.
- Implement effective onboarding, training, and development programs.
Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure it is conducted effectively.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and providing constructive feedback.
- Implement strategies for employee development.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
- Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmarking.
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure the organization complies with all local, state, and federal HR regulations.
- Stay updated on legal changes and advise management accordingly.
- Manage HR audits and ensure proper record-keeping.
HR Data Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of HR records and databases.
- Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and HR strategies.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Must have 3-7 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
