Job Summary
Provide administrative support and operational support across all human resource functions, including Recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination and HR records Management.
Job Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance Management and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR records and update employee databases.
- Coordinate training schedules and track staff development activities.
- Assist with payroll inputs, leave management and benefits administration.
- Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
- Prepare routine HR reports for management review.
