Job Position: Human Resource Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

Provide administrative support and operational support across all human resource functions, including Recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination and HR records Management.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Support recruitment, onboarding, performance Management and employee documentation.
  2. Maintain accurate HR records and update employee databases.
  3. Coordinate training schedules and track staff development activities.
  4. Assist with payroll inputs, leave management and benefits administration.
  5. Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.
  7. Prepare routine HR reports for management review.
