Job Position: Human Resource Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  2. Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  3. Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  4. Manage performance appraisal processes and guide managers and staff.
  5. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee growth.
  6. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  7. Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  8. Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll-related support.
  9. Prepare HR reports and provide insights for management decision-making.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (professional certification is an advantage, e.g., CIPM, SHRM).
  2. 2 – 4 years of proven experience as an HR officer or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  5. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
