Job Position: Human Resource Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Involve in recruitment processes
  2. Assist in screening resumes and application forms
  3. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  4. Give feedback to candidates following interviews
  5. Conducting inductions of new employees
  6. Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
  7. Involve in training -related programmes and activities
  8. Gather payroll data from biometric attendance records, leaves, etc
  9. Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  10. Manage employees records keeping
  11. And any other tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in Human Resources Management or similar fields with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
  2. Experience as an HR Officer or similar junior HR role is a plus
  3. Experience with MS Office especially MS Excel & MS Word
  4. Efficiency and organizational ability
  5. High level of attention to details
  6. High level of confidentiality
  7. Deadline driven
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary
N80,000 – N120,000 Monthly
