Job Position: Human Resource Personnel
Job Location: Abuja
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems within the organization.
- Provide Technical guidance on policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, job descriptions, and hiring processes.
- Design onboarding and training programs for employees.
- Manage performance evaluation and employee records.
- Ensure legal compliance and manage disciplinary issues.
- Contribute to project activities and other organizational tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field like Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or Social Sciences.
- Prior experience in a Non-Governmental Organisation.
- 2 years plus experience in Human resources.
- Proven interpersonal and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, and a commitment to girls and youth empowerment.
