Job Position: Human Resource (HR) Specialist

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource (HR) Specialist to join our team.
- The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Assist with on-boarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and processing new hire paperwork.
- Manage employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts, addressing complaints, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the company’s goals and objectives.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3- 5years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and principles.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
