Job Position: Human Resources Admin

Job Location: Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities

  1. Screen resumes and application forms
  2. Interview, hire, onboard and train employees as would be needed from time to time.
  3. File documents and answers client and employee inquiries.
  4. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
  5. Prepare and keep record of the staff data base.
  6. Ensure smooth running of administrative functions.
  7. Evaluate staff performance and provide appropriate feedback.
  8. Ensure that all resources [human and material] are available when needed and effectively utilized

Job Requirements

  1. B.Sc or HND from a reputable institution
  2. Minimum of 4 years experience in same or similar position
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  5. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
  6. Human Resource certification

N200,000 – N250,000 / Month
