Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Officer to act as the primary intermediary between plant employees and management.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in employee relations within a large industrial or plant setting and possess strong HR expertise to address employee concerns and foster positive workplace dynamics.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as a liaison between plant employees and management to resolve issues.
  2. Manage employee relations, ensuring effective communication and resolution of grievances.
  3. Support HR functions, including onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
  4. Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with operational goals.
  5. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams.
  6. Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and plant policies.
  7. Work closely with management to address workforce planning and development needs.

Qualifications & Other Requirements

  1. BSc / HND in Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in employee relations and HR functions, particularly in a large industrial setting.
  3. Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Proven ability to manage conflict and resolve employee grievances.
  6. Adaptable and able to handle the demands of a large plant operation.
