Job Position: Human Resources & Administration Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources & Administration Manager to oversee HR operations and office administration.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  2. 3 – 5 years’ HR/Admin management experience (real estate preferred)
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficiency in HR tools and MS Office
  5. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  2. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals
  3. Oversee payroll, staff welfare, and compliance with labour laws
  4. Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes
  5. Supervise office administration and facility management
  6. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
