Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources & Administration Manager to oversee HR operations and office administration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- 3 – 5 years’ HR/Admin management experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR tools and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisals
- Oversee payroll, staff welfare, and compliance with labour laws
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Supervise office administration and facility management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
