Job Position: Human Resources and Admin Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  3. Coordinate training and development programs for employees
  4. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office management duties
  5. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
  6. Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives

Responsibilities

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Strong passion for HR and admin functions
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  6. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
