DCSL Corporate Services Limited is a private limited liability company which provides company secretarial, governance, immigration and training services to diverse governmental, corporate and individual clients across several business sectors in Nigeria. We operate from our Head Office in Lagos, with operational branches in Abuja and Port Harcourt.

Job Position: Head, Human Resources and Operations

Job Description

  1. Implement HR strategies, policies & procedures by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, learning & development, records management, succession planning, employee & industrial relations, and retention.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  3. Ensure that all policies and practices are updated (in accordance) and remain in compliance.
  4. Manage vendor relationships to ensure the organization receives the best value for goods and services.
  5. Review and lead the implementation of the Performance Management System by carrying out periodic performance appraisal and employee development programs; give recommendations as required.
  6. Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure the organization operates within its means.
  7. Assesses sales and marketing operations and makes recommendations for developments where necessary.
  8. Develops and ensures the implementation of procurement strategies in conjunction with heads of departments to achieve required outcomes and deliver value for money.
  9. Provide strategic direction and guidance to the HR and Operations teams to ensure the organization achieves its goals.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, etc) is an added advantage.
  4. Good knowledge of all federal and state regulations concerning benefits, hiring and other HR processes.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
