Job Description

  1. This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Lagos.
  2. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for assisting with HR management, HR information systems, benefits administration, and training programs.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Human Resources (HR) skills, including an understanding of HR laws and policies
  3. Experience in HR Management and Benefits Administration
  4. Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data management skills
  5. Experience in developing and implementing training programs
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR software
  9. Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
