Job Position: Human Resources Associate
Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  1. Partner with the HR Manager and business units to implement people-focused strategies
  2. Support recruitment and onboarding of top talent
  3. Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  4. Assist with performance management, learning, and development processes
  5. Ensure HR records, policies, and compliance are maintained with precision
  6. Provide day-to-day support to staff, ensuring an excellent employee experience

Requirements

  1. Have 1 – 3 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment and people management
  2. Be detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
  3. Bring strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Be comfortable in a high-pressure, high-performance environment
  5. Have a problem-solving mindset with a genuine interest in people and culture.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
