Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR Manager and business units to implement people-focused strategies
- Support recruitment and onboarding of top talent
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist with performance management, learning, and development processes
- Ensure HR records, policies, and compliance are maintained with precision
- Provide day-to-day support to staff, ensuring an excellent employee experience
Requirements
- Have 1 – 3 years of HR experience, especially in recruitment and people management
- Be detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
- Bring strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be comfortable in a high-pressure, high-performance environment
- Have a problem-solving mindset with a genuine interest in people and culture.
Salary
N250,000 Monthly.
