Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Position: Human Resources (HR) / Legal Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

  1. Write letters for the company
  2. Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  3. Organize and manage schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officers
  4. Assist human resources department with payroll and personnel databases
  5. Receive and file original documents, contracts, certificate, letters, etc
  6. Manage subcontractors/suppliers contracts and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Law Degree
  • 1 – 3 years post NYSC working experience in Corporate Law and Administration
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to multitask and be proactive
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
