Job Position: Human Resources & Compliance Manager

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  2. Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process, including but not limited to drafting job ads, reviewing and screening resumes, facilitating and conducting interviews, maintaining documentation
  3. Engage in the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of Human Capital as a means to supporting current and future business needs
  4. Implement, oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance
  5. Monitor and apply training programs through the assessment of training needs
  6. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program, etc

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Human Resources or related field
  2. Proven working experience as HR Manager or Lead
  3. Knowledge of HR systems, databases and metrics
  4. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, etc
  5. Strategic ability and excellent leadership acumen
  6. Well organized with good prioritization/workload management abilities
  7. Commitment to self-learning and skill development
