Job Position: Human Resources & Compliance Manager
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process, including but not limited to drafting job ads, reviewing and screening resumes, facilitating and conducting interviews, maintaining documentation
- Engage in the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of Human Capital as a means to supporting current and future business needs
- Implement, oversee and manage a performance management system that drives high performance
- Monitor and apply training programs through the assessment of training needs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program, etc
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or Lead
- Knowledge of HR systems, databases and metrics
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, etc
- Strategic ability and excellent leadership acumen
- Well organized with good prioritization/workload management abilities
- Commitment to self-learning and skill development
