Job Position: Human Resources Executive

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive with a strong focus on performance management to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s performance management program, as well as providing guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement performance management policies and procedures to align with company goals and objectives
  2. Manage and execute with team HR functions: recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation management, talent management, learning and development and Employee relations.
  3. Oversee the career development, capacity development and progression of all employees
  4. Support management to develop and implement effective succession planning strategies
  5. Collaborate with managers to establish clear performance expectations and metrics for all roles within the organization
  6. Manage, review and update performance management system and provide support to line managers.
  7. Manage employee communication and feedback through avenues as organization wide meetings, staff briefings, e.t.c.
  8. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues, including performance improvement plans and goal-setting
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees on their performance, strengths, and areas for improvement
  10. Work with managers to identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee performance and productivity
  11. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and best practices
  12. Develop and maintain effective communication channels between HR and other departments to ensure consistent and accurate information sharing
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  14. Support executive management to manage all change initiatives impacting staff within the company
  15. Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management
  • Strong knowledge of performance management best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month.
