Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive with a strong focus on performance management to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company’s performance management program, as well as providing guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance management policies and procedures to align with company goals and objectives
- Manage and execute with team HR functions: recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation management, talent management, learning and development and Employee relations.
- Oversee the career development, capacity development and progression of all employees
- Support management to develop and implement effective succession planning strategies
- Collaborate with managers to establish clear performance expectations and metrics for all roles within the organization
- Manage, review and update performance management system and provide support to line managers.
- Manage employee communication and feedback through avenues as organization wide meetings, staff briefings, e.t.c.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues, including performance improvement plans and goal-setting
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees on their performance, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Work with managers to identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee performance and productivity
- Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and best practices
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels between HR and other departments to ensure consistent and accurate information sharing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Support executive management to manage all change initiatives impacting staff within the company
- Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management
- Strong knowledge of performance management best practices, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and employees
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month.
