Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with ensuring the smooth onboarding of staff.
- Assist in the coordination of staff
- Manage junior staff.
- Help implement new policies, procedures, methods, and systems
- Help in recruitment of new staffs
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
- Ensure compliance with labour laws.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Assistant
- Minimum 1 year of solid experience as an Human Resource Assistant
- Knowledge of Labour laws
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask.
