Job Position: Human Resources (HR) Intern 
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Add new employee information and job details to our company database.
  2. Review resumes and applications to find good candidates for job openings.
  3. Schedule interviews with potential employees.
  4. Post job ads on job websites and social media.
  5. Take down job ads when positions are filled.
  6. Help collect information about salaries in the job market.
  7. Assist with planning company events.
  8. Send offer and rejection letters or emails to job candidates.
  9. Help with new employee orientations.
  10. Answer employee questions about HR policies and benefits.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or be currently studying in that field.
  2. Experience working in an office.
  3. Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  5. Ability to work well in a team.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills.
  7. Excellent organisational abilities.
  8. Good communication skills.
  9. Detail-oriented mindset.
