Job Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager who would be responsible for overseeing human resources functions, monitor employees performance and create a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
  2. Assist in updating job boards, screening forms, and handling applicants resumes.
  3. Coordinate assessment and interviews for prospective candidates.
  4. Conduct initial orientation for new employees.
  5. Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities.
  6. Work with team leaders and department heads to meet hiring needs.
  7. Efficiently manage all stages of the recruitment pipeline.
  8. Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
  9. Assist in payroll preparation, by providing relevant data, bank accounts, and other financial information.
  10. Create and recommend quality welfare and benefit programs for employees such us Pension, HMO, trainings, insurance and more.
  11. Work with senior management to devise and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  12. Address employees concerns and inquiries.
  13. Conduct performance reviews, initiate rewards and disciplinary procedures where necessary.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum requirement: HND / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  2. Knowledge of staffing and general HR policies and compliance.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  4. HR Administration and people management skills.
  5. Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical and non-technical roles.
  6. Minimum of 4 years work experience in Human Resources Management and talent sourcing.
  7. Working knowledge of creating or managing staff welfare packages and benefits such as Pension, HMO, trainings, insurance.
  8. Working knowledge of human resource best practices, including performance management, compensation practices, employee relations, and employment laws.
  9. Professional certification in HR Management e.g. Senior Professional in HR (SPHR), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), etc. will be an advantage.
  10. Project management skills.
  11. Expertise in tracking and monitoring remote workers.
  12. Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and processes.
  13. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  14. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
