Job Position: Human Resources Manager
Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Lagos

Role Overview

We are hiring a Human Resources Expert to oversee and manage the people side of our business.

You will be responsible for developing HR policies, recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring a smooth and productive work culture in a fully remote, agile environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with company goals.
  2. Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
  3. Manage employee performance reviews and professional development plans.
  4. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives.
  5. Ensure compliance with labour laws and best HR practices.
  6. Support leadership with workforce planning and team structuring.

Requirements

  1. 2 years of Proven experience in human resources management.
  2. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and recruitment processes.
  3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote, agile work culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  2. Experience in a digital agency or tech-driven organisation.
